2. Scope
These Terms govern your use of the LeapMenu platform (“Service”) provided by Oakridge Enterprises Kft. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
3. Contract Formation
Your use of the Service constitutes an offer. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your subscription or grant you access to the Service. We store the contract terms electronically but do not make them individually accessible; you should save a copy.
4. Subscription, Fees, and Payment
•    Pricing and billing cycles are displayed at checkout or on your account page.
•    Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless stated otherwise.
•    All prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
•    Late payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
•    Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.
•    You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
•    Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
6. Grant of License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: - Use the Service for unlawful purposes. - Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Service. - Misuse the Service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy.
8. Service Availability & SLA
We aim for 99% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our control (force majeure). We do not guarantee uninterrupted service but will use reasonable efforts to minimize downtime.
9. Data Ownership & Privacy
•    You retain ownership of all data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us the right to process and store data for the purpose of providing the Service.
•    Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
10. Data Retention & Deletion
Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except as required for legal or accounting purposes.
11. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day withdrawal right for new subscriptions, unless you explicitly consent to immediate access and acknowledge losing this right.
12. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software and trademarks, remain with Oakridge Enterprises Kft. or its licensors.
13. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, or government actions.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may terminate by canceling your subscription. Certain clauses (e.g., liability limits, IP rights) survive termination.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Budapest, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with prospective effect. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
